Planning Permit Application
The Planning Permit approval falls under the responsibility of the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP).
The Planning Permit application requires a comprehensive assessment of the project and site including:
These reports are used to inform a decision from a planning viewpoint as to whether the site is appropriate for the construction of the solar farm.
The Planning Permit application has now been finalised, with the permit approved by DELWP on 28 March 2022.
